Local Care Ecosystems

A local care ecosystem is defined as a space for local coordination, participation and management of care and support networks based in coordinating social services, health services, socio-health services, community services and other services to improve the quality of life of families and vulnerable frail and dependent people.
Those ecosystems can function at two levels:
  • At the Municipal Level to promote a network of citizens within a single municipality.
